VarioGrid® is an innovative system for optimal circuit board support for perfect, extremely precise solder paste printing. The use of VarioGrid® minimizes downtimes, increases the throughput, quality and productivity of your line and thus significantly increases the cost-effectiveness of your production. The support system is flexible, modular and freely configurable by each user. It is adaptable for stencil printer, pick and place machine, SPI, AOI and other fields.

Vario Grid® is a modular grid with pneumatically controlled 11mm² support pins, which automatically and air-cushioned adapt to the underside of the assembly including the individual components and are fixed in this position - depending on the requirements for each individual circuit board either automatically or once manually using a "Golden boards". The printed circuit board is in full contact with the stencil and is prevented from swinging.
